Welcome to my website displaying some of my Woodworking Projects over the years.

 

My father introduced me to woodworking from the early age of five, when I was given a woodworking tool set for Christmas.

My first project, with this set, was to make a pipe rack using a fret saw (which I still have today).

I assisted my father over the years with his numerous projects including sideboards, tables and chairs, radiograms and other pieces of furniture.

I progressed onto being able to use his woodturning lathe and produced my first egg-cups at the age of eight.

However times changed and when I was twelve, my father's interest in woodworking diminished when his first car arrived and subsequently his workshop contents were sold.

In later life I got interested in woodworking again and started making garden objects for friends and family and in 2019 I purchased a woodturning lathe and numerous pieces of woodworking equipment and kitted out a workshop in the garden.

I now make pieces of garden furniture and produce items on the lathe.
